On my third or fourth day of classes, I was suddenly overcome by the most intense, agonizing stomach pain I had ever experienced. In a room filled with over a thousand people, I couldn’t help but scream. Normally, I might have felt embarrassed, but all I could feel was the overwhelming pain.
