l have been an ulcer patient for more than 8 years. This year June to august, I experienced Constipation and blood in my poo because my ulcer was bleeding. I had endless headache. lower back pains . I have been in and out of the hospital and on PPIs until I decided to do extensive research on what I needed to get better. I had to change my diet to bland food and stopped taking my PPis and my antibiotics Started taking more probiotics and went back to the gym. I’ve been able to help myself and there’s so much improvement for me now.
