I have been dealing with peptic Ulcer for the past 10 years at early stage I could take it serious until I started experiencing pains in my scapulars and back pain I had to go for X-ray and the doctor told me that I have the peptic ulcer I have to withdraw myself from taking anything that’s going to give me problem, for example when I ever I take Beans it’s give me heart burn or if I take late night food.
